Cleanliness and staff kindness. The best location in Rome for value. Awsome shopping, eating and sight seeing excursions right outside your door! Smart choice!

This was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in. We could not open our suitcases and had to jump over them to get into bed. A problem with the booking which was not handled well.

Location was reasonable good
Instead the room that I have reserved, I was sent to the attic (upper room) of the main building (room 418). A very small room of a total 9 m2 maximum, but usable only 4 m2, as the ceiling was inclined. Two people couldn’t move simultaneously. One floor by stairs, no mirror in the room, not enough height in the shower, only one window of half sq meter. Air conditioning was weak, lack of batteries in the TV remote control, hair dryer didn’t work. The area for breakfast was small and horrible, located in the underground floor. I didn´t like the abuse they did. The Hotel Condotti didn’t honor my reservation.

The location was fantastic! We were upgraded to a suite in the new part of the building. We had two bathrooms! The decor was lovely but for me, the whole thing was about the location.
The room was not in he main hotel building. The bedroom was small and had no window which made my partner a bit claustrophobic. The breakfast was functional but the room very small. It's the price you pay for living the city life!

The location, close to Piazza di Spagna and main points of interest, is excellent. It is very well located as well for people interested by shopping.
The room was a little bit too small, and the breakfast in the morning quite poor. We didn't have enough space as well for sitting during breakfast.
